LOL... I am relaxin now.
I've been puttering around outside since the rain stopped about 2 hrs ago.
Did some backtesting with mixed results in IL. The mid number seems to cause more hits than the eve number but its kinda sporadic.

How Many Past Draws Do You Look At?
Thanks for all the replies! I spend most of my budget on the 5/35 game and on the 6/42 only when the jackpot is large enough where I can justify going from 1/324,632 odds to 1/5,245,786. Although the odds on the pick 5 seem good compared to the pick 6, the most I've gotten on the pick-5 is 4/5 a few times...still waiting on the 5/5.
I'm going to try to weasle the info out of the lottery on when/how often they change the balls, but benmas has a point that the balls are manufactured to close s

Alittle help could go along ways for pick3
In going back to January 2008 backtesting for March 2008, it seems as though you have to find where it all starts then the hits appear in clusters, then moving down a bit then back up. Like the shifting of gears.
The subtraction can get a bit hairy, however, when the smaller # is on top I subtract in the same manner as if the larger # were on top.
I am going to continue experimenting, even going back a year or so to see if indeed there is a time frame that will deliver more of a consecutiv

?? Would you pay for a System that ...
While backtesting helps, that is not completey proof as many have already found out, check a long htread here at thisf orum by Boris, he won a lot on past draws, but on future drawsalmost nothing at all, didn't even beat random.
Also 20 or even 100 past draws of a test is not enough, the only real proof is future draws test for about 90 to 120 draws.

People who were there for me before a big win would be most likely to benefit somehow after a big win. Putting down my program beforehand would lessen their chances but it will depend mainly on whether those people made my life better beforehand, even if not monetarily. Certain family members never invite us for Christmas because they're busy spackling the ceiling or whatever and I don't think they need my help anyway. Others are there for me nearly every day and help me despite their limited re

The date system
After some backtesting and running some filters, the number 7 is rearing its head up over and over .. as an insurance policy, I will add 783 and 785 in the mix .. 78 is just calling..I dont know why. Time will tell tonight. I just hope the winning number is any of these combos.
Best of Luck !

POLL: Breaking the code
I have some extreme algorithms, one of them uses 7 dimensions and takes several minutes to generate one pick.. backtesting such a thing is very difficult... as computers become faster it could be done that way, but ironically may turn out that computerized drawings are easier to crack than ball drawings where human factors are more? involved.
The only thing that happens on Dec. 21, 2012 is riots in parking lots as people fight over a limited supply of PlayStation 8's or the new Telepathic

Please Advise!
Hi there! Thanks for the compliments. My very best advice would be to stick with Formula #1 and Formula #4. I think I mentioned before that these usually produce the winners more often then #2 and #3.
Further backtesting can help you get it down to one string (out of those 2) and stick with it. Then you will be able to work with it and perhaps be able to eliminate more numbers. One string is all you need. Sooner or later the winners (all 5) will be in there.

Determining doubles with 1up/1down
This is an old post from back in Feb-06. I think it's a pretty useful tool that I thought others would like to know about. Here is the link (it's closed due to being inactive for over a year!!):

I hope it helps to get you a win in your state. Most recent examples of this method came from TN and GA... it appears to work for most states, but backtesting is always a good thing!! LOL
