Capitalizing On Repeat Numbers
Hi Laverne. The following I cut and pasted from an earlier post in this thread. Where you list Combinations , are you getting these from Lucky's 1 Up 1 Down system and then deflating? I thought I should show this in action. The backtesting proved to be fruitful everyday. I took the #s that appeared 2 or more times on May 21, 2007 used Lucky's Pick 3 one-up-one-down system. As far as doubles are concerned I say always play both #s. Here are the results except for AZ on May 22, 2007. May 21,

$300. a day P/3 straight
That depends on what system or tools you'd be using,I suppose. You'd have to do a lot of backtesting and tracking to determine something like that. There's no way to put a percentage on increasing your odds because just when you think you've got something hot going on,it will go cold. It would fluctuate all the time. You will have to do a lot of homework, let's put it that way. And even after you've exhausted all possibilities, tools, systems, etc. you still may not win. That's the lottery! Or

When you backtest systems..
Hey lottolaughs, I just stumbled across this poll. When working on P3 P-4 I usually backtest one month and according to the results I either drop it or keep going back sometimes as far as one year. When working with P-5 P-6 I usually start tracking on the day of my system start and test going forward tracking each new draw instead of backtesting. I'm not interested in past performance. You can only win in the present and/or future not the past. Bud

Pick 3 Spreadsheet Available to You........
You're welcome! It will probably take some considerable backtesting to determine this,I know. Sorry about that. Pay close attention to the 1.01 and 1.05, even if you have to mirror them, try that out. Good luck,Blackie and keep in touch!

Why Quick Picks win...Hint: It's *NOT* what you think, folks!
I don't get why the Lottery would try to limit the # of combinations, and I would love to see evidence of this other than Atwood's book . Being I rarely play QP it would not matter anyway to me. Won 2 more today in 2 different States (no not played online) using my prg. Again I say that a good enough algorithm or program on certain games can beat QP but could it override the ratio enough to make profit. (Hello Backtesting!!!) If you rely on pure luck you will most likely only win 1/2 what you p

Magic Boxes
Hello there, txpolo! Once they hit,I'm suggesting we change them so I will be posting new ones for this evening. Trying to get a grip on how long to keep them.......hmmm. We'll keep a watch out on the old ones but these work quicker I think. If you'd like to see how they're working in TX (and this goes for everyone else) just keep writing out 2 new boxes after every draw and keep track where the hits are coming from and how long they last. Same goes for backtesting. Thanks for stopping

The "Will You Be My Date?" System
Brenda, If it's not to much to ask can you post on tomorrow the state numbers for feb 19 to 26, also, so that we see the progression from Monday to Monday. Since Monday worked last week. We should not move from it. We can also, check this Sunday version also, as a test 1 and test 2 for this week, with a one day overlap. The 19-26 will be a control from this weeks test. I gonna attempt to build a spreadsheet to do some backtesting with this date method dK
