retxx Sorry, but taking on another lottery will require more time than I have to give. Actually, you don't need CarliG's help. If you read the posts carefully, you will find that all you need to do to get started is set up a personal substition key like the one I did for Florida, combined drawings. You then start the substitution process, converting the winning lottery numbers to substitute numbers. This will create an alphabetical structure for each combination processed. Y

Here's an ex. of what I'm trying to get. D stands for Day and E for Evening... for now the sum is just listed to see it only. Out of 3 days basically want to include six numbers, out of the six numbers, you get an output of what didn't show up out of the HLL, HLH, HHL and LHH, LLH, LHL and EOO, EEO, EOE and OEE, OOE, OEO. Breaking Down Vtracs
Does anyone know of a program or a method which can reduce and eliminate duplicate numbers in the Pick 4 VTRACS? For example, I only want to play VTRAC 5 - but want to eliminate all duplicates like 5125 is a duplicate to 5152 I also want to eliminate duplicates in the line as well. Anyone know how to do this for Powerball combinations?
I want to be able to figure out only combinations that exist in the 85% effective percentage range of 130-179 without the powerball so that I can only choose from the combinations that yield the most times drawn. By doing so I can throw out any combination that exists that does not fit into my pre-determined play range.I know this will still yield A LOT of combinations, but at least it will be fewer than including all combinations. Does anyone know how this can be created in excel? Thanks.
