The Lottos really should publish the repeat distribution, and number of plays per customer transaction, so that that P(x) could be better estimated. Also, their quick pick PRNG repeat distribution should be published. That would expose any problems with the PRNG and its seeding.

I hear ya P-6..... My next MM purchase will involve the 4 prong method.... 1 with all 6 numbers chosen, 1 with 5 numbers chosen and the MB as a quick pick, 1 with 5 numbers as a QP and the MB chosen and the last 1 with a QP for all 6 numbers. Let's see how that modus operandi works

Good morning, Congratulations to all winners! I just had to post this all week long, I have been getting 3 of a kind or double double in quick picks for pick 4. This morning I purchased 3 qp from three different stores, Publix,.Bp and Shell. I got from Publix,.1116,.BP gave me 1114 and Shell gave me 8118...two of which already fell this year. Just thought I'd share...but when I started getting those earlier this year, a quad came two times,.the quad 6666 and 3333...stay tuned.....4444 is my lady

When I played this game a few years ago I would pick numbers randomly, and even use the Quick Picks that Lottery Post has. I would play a set both ways just for fun. The best I did on this game was winning $250, ($50 x 5 times). I played that way trying to win $1.25 million. I liked the game because while the odds to win a jackpot are 1 in 2.7 million (high!), the overall odds aren't too bad at 1 in 4.5 of winning something.
