Tips for Gail Howard's System
I'm new here, so I'll say what's up? to everyone before I start. Anyway, I've only been using this woman's software since January and I'm pleased to say that I've won a small prize EVERY SINGLE WEEK that I've played since. So, I think that lends me a little credibility with what I'm about to tell you. So, here goes.
When using the Skips Due Bias Tracker Chart, I've found that a supporting chart needs to be added to track the good hands from the band hands. Example:

Excel Simple Pick 3/4 RunDown Tool
...Oh...By the way...Before anyone gets carried away...This is a blank-field, non-predictive, stand-alone mathematics tool as it sits with no input. You get to fill in the blanks, and observe what happens, and then report back to your friendly Lottery Post membership if anything noteworthy is to be learned from the habits of your local P3 game using this tool...You're supposed to be able to reach conclusions about your local P3 lottery if you stare at the data generated by the simple math operat

New P3 Sheet...Testers welcome
Works on a Stand-alone webpage :
http://www.freewebs.com/mazk8888/mazktouchp3.htm
And it is in 2 Formats:
OpenOffice:
http://www.freewebs.com/mazk8888/Page.htm
and Excel:
http://www.freewebs.com/mazk8888/MazktouchP3 DD .xls
Whichever you have on your PC.
Both of the sheets contain Macros, so you would have to enable Macros when prompted.
Instructions :
Simply enter the last 6 draws for Mid and Eve under INPUT , some of the states work better with Mid only / or Eve

How to win more lotto for less money.
Bienvenue sur la page d'accueil de Jacques Coustaux.
Lotto in my experience is like a gastronomic love affair, each time one enters the kitchen we are presented with the tools and ingredients to cook great cuisine. Bien.
RjOh:
The debate RNG vs CNG seems very much alive.
I followed previous LP threads on the subject and it appears you have a very interesting algorithm (particularly the seeding and combo reduction features). Without knowing to much about your program, I wish to p

Multiple Scenarios, Single Run (MSSR)
Part 2
This is where we turn the array into a workhorse. Each language/app has a way of storing data. It may be a data file, a location on a spreadsheet, those read-data statements in some of the older flavors of BASIC, or something else.
Declare a variable for each parameter, in this case, you will declare 4 names (best_ranks, start_point, end_point, step_value).
The next step is to create an array at the top of the code. In this case, it will be a 4rows-by-4cols array. The values tha

hello=To create a formula that represents the condition where, when dividing the Powerball lottery into 4 groups according to the parity of the digits (PP, II, IP, PI), one of the groups has zero or one number and another group has 2 to 4 numbers, we can think of something like this:

PP: first digit even, second digit even
II: first digit odd, second digit odd
IP: first digit odd, second digit even
PI: first digit even, second digit odd

because in lotteries the more you study, the more difficult it becomes to predict the next draw
Here are some approaches and references that can help you explore your theory and find new ideas for your research:
1. Frequency and Delay Analysis
This is one of the most common analyses and can be a good starting point for you.
Frequency of Pairs and Threes: Instead of analyzing the frequency of each number individually, you can investigate the frequency of combinations of two or three numbers (pairs and threes). You could, for example, analyze how often the pair (04, 27) has appear
