As a Non Resident I would have to leave the Fed's Tax withholdings of approximately 30.0 % of a Lump Sum Cash all in advance, meaning (rules state that Non-Residents must settle for Lump-sum Payments ) My Question is , how would the General Public feel about a situation where a Tourist won? I got suckered in by my other half to by ONE ticket for the holiday raffle. There were drawings for an additional $10k. I predicted where the winners were going to be drawn from and was 85% correct. Too bad you couldn't make it down here. It's very pretty and we have great beaches. Yes, Spring Hill isn't my favorite spot, but there are much worse areas in Florida. I like the old 3 reel wheel of fortune dollar slots, so I was excited to pay my first visit to the Hard Rock in Tampa this spring. I was disappointed to see it was video rather than reels, then the max bet was 4 !!! And to top that off, I hated the crazy zig zag paylines. Never even tried it. Did not like the way it looked. Pac: Zephrhills rocks ! I think it is the best bottled spring water around these parts... Fiji is also very good, but hard to find. I don't care for Dasani and aquafina , as they are purified waters and I can detect that they are.
