What are the 'sister' states?
I am going to have to test out the travelers in excel. Just have to think of the best way to organize the data.
I did notice 702 hit in NY recently and we have a very due sum 9, so I am gonna see how it performs.

Martingale Spreasheet
Hi everyone,
I have a 'Martingale' spreadsheet in excel that i use and want to share with you guys.
The following code can be pasted in the Immediate window of the VBA environment.
Start with a new sheet,
Open the VBA environment (ALT-F11 then CTRL-G)
Then paste the code in there.
Start at the top line (range( a1 )).value= cost ) and press enter through each one.
It's setup with my pick 3 calculations
$10 = buying all pairs of x23 and 23x where x=0 thru 9 @.5 each.

Someone asked the other day, how do you do all those calculations?' Well folks. I can't say exactly how, but I can help fill your lotto bag of tools with some software that can aid you in your quests.
Now the software I use is good for me but I'm sure there is a whole lot of other stuff out there.
