I believe that ones' luck essentially runs a sinusodial track. You have minimas and maximas and somewhat ebb and rise as a sine function. I actually encourage my wife to just give me $10 worth of quick pick lottery tickets. As for my step-daughter, I encourage to keep getting me a bottle of Crown Royal for Christmas each year. Damn, she makes a good Daughter. Every dad should be that lucky.

The ticket was bought at the Exxon at Key Bridge on the D.C. side, I used to buy gas, lottery, at the C-store, the owner got like 100k and gave everybody who worked there a nice bonus. Everybody was abuzz when he hit, wondering who he was. It wasn't a quick pick. But shortly before or after I don't remember, but a lawyer hit downtown for like $20M and everybody was peeved a lawyer that played on whim hit on a QP. Oh well. Bottom line is you gotta play to win.

Funny! I knew it wasn't a true story. I once went to that same 7-11 and said Play-4 please and he asked me Play for what? I said I want a ticket for tonight and he said But you didn't park illegally so you don't deserve a ticket. I got so frustrated I said Okay, how about a quick pick and he stuck his finger in his nose. I finally said okay I'll just give you my number and his wife came out from the back room and slapped me silly.
