Idea for PA
CO,Those are some good ideas, but I'd like to expand on them:2 plays for a dollar ONLY IF the player can pick their own numbers for both plays. (PA has a nasty habit of throwing quick picks in for second and third plays.)The 6/59-2 plays is identical to NY Lotto, so I would consider 6/53-1 play. They would never go for it, but I would make all the lower-tier prizes fixed amounts, rather than pari-mutuel.On the last point, lotteries often do pari-mutuel payouts because it's easier for them, but i

MegaMillions 11/02/04
Quote: Originally posted by ryanm on November 03, 2004 AAARRRRRRRRRRRGH!! The numbers on my quick pick were 15-18-25-49-50 and 51 as Mega Ball. The numbers drawn were 24-32-42-49-50 and 3 as Mega Ball!!!!! I haven't yet got a single dollar back from either Powerball or Mega Millions since April 14, 2004, yet this is at least the fifth time between both games that I've hit exactly two white balls since. It took me a year to get $3 back from Powerball. I only played when the jackpot was around

PowerBall 10-27-04
Quote: Originally posted by ryanm on October 28, 2004 That would have been real funny if the one dollar mistake quick pick turned out to have all six numbers!I think it would have been a lot more than funny. I always buy mistakes if I've got the money on me to pay for them. I had a feeling the one last night would be a good one. If I ever really won big on a ticket like that, I'd never let the circumstances be known. I'm sure the idiot responsible for the mistake would come forward to try to

I don't think I could have put those together with crazy glue unless I'd spent far more money than it would have been worth. I did cash for three numbers on a one dollar mistake QP the clerks had printed up. Was that luck or synchronicity?Good luck, aye' That would have been real funny if the one dollar mistake quick pick tu

I can help anyone win!
It makes me sick to see you people line up and beg Biglooooser for help! Every time someone stokes his ego, he is going to come up with another crumb for you to beg for. Get real and face it- no one is going to hand you a winning set of lotto numbers. Biglooooser Gift has as much to do with picking winning lotto numbers as the color of my socks do. The whole concept of all lottos are based upon RANDOM generated numbers. Biglooooser can add, subtract, multiply, and divide until his fingers fal

If you had 55 tickets, how would you play
And if you think numbers can't be drawn in order look close at these as posted from the news here in Maryland. This was a quick pick and she even said to herself as she walked out the door that those numbers didn't have a chance of hitting. Any set of numbers can be drawn in any order. Bernadette GietkaThe Mega Millions jackpot had risen to $183 million when the winning ticket was sold at Geresbecks Bi-Rite on Eastern Avenue in the Essex-Middle River Community in Baltimore County on June 19th. state lottery taxes
I am just about equal distance from Wisc. and Indiana and most of the time I just can't deciide which way to go but tonight after checking the calculator showing how much you would actually take home, my future trips will definately be to Indiana. Wisc. tax is 6.75 and Ind. is 3.4% or approximately 1.6 million dollars more net net in Wisc. I also feel that the Ind. quick pick computerized system has a better sort. I suppose, however, that the state where you are a resident would tax you
