win Win WIN The Lotto Texas jackpot $37M
Cash Only and 25:From what I gather, Super 6 gives you two free quick picks for every dollar you spend. If they really gave you three planned choices, the game might be worth playing. I know there is a case for quick picks and a lot of people win with them, but I like to pick my own poison and take responsibility for my own actions. That is why I never by scratch-offs. The odds are fabricated and the concept of taking what the State gives you, no questions asked, sticks in my craw.Orangem

Do lottery systems really work?
secret, when i buy my one little quick pick i switch between 3 different stores depending on my ability to drive to each one (which is closer, etc). i ONLY target mom and pop small non corporation stores (shell, BP, etc.) that are out of my town.(1) for my anonymity and (2) if i won, i would love to see someone who could really use the business/notoriety and money that comes from selling a winning ticket. looking out for the little guy who really needs it and would appreciate it. i have to driv

Best way of picking PB numbers
Gary:Philosophically, you are on the right track. Either play one dollar or $25,000, but nothing inbetween. It is the five and 10-dollars players to are the lotto's bread and butter. I suggest concentrating on winning the Pick 5 part of the game and using quick picks for the powerballs. Don't know if that is even possible, it is in Texas. I'll find out dventually. Powerball is coming to Texas. Don't know how it will affect the Texas Lotto, but I'm sure it won't be pretty.Orangeman

Do lottery systems really work?
Now that I think about it......Most people win using quick picks, but there have been others who have won using birthdays and anniversaries. One Powerball winner from Indiana said earlier this year that he always picks his own numbers. He said that he sees a lot of high numbers and a lot of low numbers, and he goes from there. Bearing that in mind, I have been trying out something. I still play some quick picks, but for a while, I have also bought tickets playing numbers based on strategy

Texas pick 6 prizes
They changed the 6/50 to the 6/54 in July 2000, hoping to increase sales. After sales declined steadily over the past 3 years, they decided to change the game again, increasing the odds of winning JP. They hope the JPs will get bigger, thus drawing in more players. They think by getting stingier, they will attract more $, which just doesn't work that way. It takes $ to make money. Like attracts like. Always has, always will. People want to play something that they feel they can really win. If it

Do lottery systems really work?
Well if the man upstairs is on your side then you could be waiting a VERY long time!!!! he doesn't pick lottery numbers the Lottery Terminal gave you your quick pickand selected your numbers not him.And as far as I know it never said anything about him doing so in any Religous Scriptures.Believe it or not I use too play like you before I started selecting my own numbers,I quickly realised after going a long time without winning anything that Divine Intervention in gambling isn't really something

I need a serious straight for FL
Whoo hoo, I won a $40.00 box tonight on a quick pick! And I am really happy about it too! But I want some serious money! I used to win all the time picking numbers that traditionally followed other numbers, and that doesn't seem to be working anymore. Can anyone give me a really good straight number for FL for Wednesday? Or even boxed? Thanks a bunch!

Jackpot #s
To janek,First you have to decide how much you are willing to spend chasing the jackpot or second prize. It you just want to spend a buck, than a quick pick or some family birthdates will do. Don't play anymore than you can afford to lose because chances are you are not going to win. If you read the other responses to your request, than you know no one had any advice on how to win, but how to dream about what to do if you win. So go out and spend a buck and try your luck and start dreaming.R

Is there a limit?
visiondude: being someone who likes to play with numbers/odds, I agree with you about playing quick picks. You are as likely to win with a QP as you are playing with carefully selected combinations or playing a zillion tickets.I read awhile ago the only true way to reduce your odds on winning the Lottery to play more combinations. An example for MM1-combination, 135,145,920:11000-combinations, 135,146:1just to reduce the odds to 1000:1 you must play 135,000 combinationsSince it's not pratical

A TEST: Quickpick vs Own Selection
L.A.,When you do your test on the quick picks could you purchase your own selections first then purchase the quick picks directly after your selections. We had a discussion on quick picks here just recently about how the terminal chose the quick picks On lottery discussion. T.C. had a reply back from a state lottery on how the quick picks were arrived at. They said time of day and prior terminal activity. I had done a test on quick picks in the three game. My results of the test are posted on my
