Interesting. The odds for the top prizes are steep enough that if the number of winners is even slightly off from what probability suggests, that using those numbers for a simple calculation of how many tickets were sold can be wildly inaccurate. I'm surprised that the number of 0+1 winners results in such alarge error. For some reason, 3 must have been an unpopular choice this time around.

I don't think so. It would take more than just 1 error for them to re set their numbers sets. It doesn't happen very often except for computer draw states. But as a whole very infrequent.

i emailed them as well.. i know that human error is easily done. i am just very curious as to the 2nd draws that ky and ga had to do this year, hw often des this happen, and do states use those draw errors to reset their number sets? there are some who feel that is so.

It's been a lot of trial and error and many 5 subject notebboks and loose leaf paper ! I came up with a math forumla for the daily games that generates Predictions that only uses last 3 draws of games .

There was an error on the original post. . . 2379 hit on September 3 not on the 5th. Don't know if this will make a difference or not on the number that was expected. . . just an FYI.
