How to deal with the random factor of lotteries?
First thought is just throw out the one draw and look at the normal distribution. Yes, you can estimate the probability of an event that has never occurred with no data. You'll get the same data presented to the committee when they are considering adopting a new game. But one draw is not going to move the needle on any game with 100,000 or 500,000 or 12,000,000 combinations. After 1000-5000 draws you have a better idea of whether the game will produce more low or high numbers and more even

WW11 Almanac
Is the WW 11 Japanese Ramree Island Crocodile Massacre a Myth? In early 1945, as part of the Pacific War during World War II, Allied forces pinned down 1,000 Japanese soldiers in a mangrove swamp off the coast of Burma (now Myanmar). Only 20 of the Japanese fighters made it out alive. The rest were reportedly eaten alive by hordes of prehistoric-looking saltwater crocodiles. According to one Allied commander: That night was the most horrible that any member of the M. L. [motor launch] cre

We have to learn to apply random logic to our choices, what is random logic, it's learning as much as we can about how random operates which gives us a kind of checklist of common fallacies to avoid when we analyze data . Texas $100 game
Yeah I get what your saying but I still think it's disgusting as hell. Yeah it's legal because the state gets the profit and the state makes the laws. It's kind of like if we let the heroin dealer make the laws I'm pretty sure heroin would be legal. At least for him. Just like the lottery is only legal for the govt. I just think there is a point where the greed is so outrageous that enough is enough. I mean $100 tickets ? And I agree with you it's just gonna keep getting worse as long as pla

After how many trials is an RNG considered broken?
This is an event currently occurring in MS Pick 3 drawing. A combo with a Straight Pair Sum of EO (Even Odd) has a .250 probability of happening. For MS Evening it currently has a skip of 34 draws. Combo 132 is EO. If you sum 1+3 =4 (Even), 3+2 = 5 (Odd). An EO combo like this has skipped for 34 draws. Expected skip of 3. 5x expected skip would be 15 draws. It's currently at 11x expected skip If you are lottery operator when do you start investigating? Never ?

How do you deal with lottery losses?
As to intuition, dreams, sonambula, etc Mme Claire Rougemont lists several examples in her National Dream Book of people who were directed to numbers or were given numbers that allowed them to win a lottery. Of course, Mme Rougemont separates dreams into five species. A dream, which reveals a truth; a vision, which is a foretelling of an event; an oracle, which is a revelation brought by an angel or messenger of Divine Will; a reverie which is when an existing impression is so great it take

Lottery Bible ~ Large Print
Fuming about the disappointing range and abusive pricing of Elon Musk s strange-looking, electric-powered pickup? Tesla finally provided Cybertrucks to a handful of owners including Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian during a flashy event at the company s Gigafactory in Austin, Texas. The roughly 30-minute presentation was live-streamed on X and hosted by Elon Musk, who described the stealth bomber-esque vehicle as Tesla s best product and the finest in apocalypse technology. Tesla fans, however,
