You fall into category 2 I'm quite sure of that.And I'm aware of Proverb 16 my father is VERY RELIGIOUS but one thing I know for sure is that God made a promise nottoo interfere in our lives by giving us Free Will,he will interfere where he see's fit also if he is called upon but for the most part it's up too us so in cases like mentioned in Proverb 16 I feel that the final decision depends on if he is called upon and if he isn't then his decision would be not too interfere.That's just my opin
