Yes but they are pretty slow at times or not working at all. If I am not sure that I got a winning ticket or not, I just enter the ticket code to California Lottery Replay website. If the ticket is a not a winner, the ticket will be accepted. If the ticket is a winner, it will be rejected and it will give you an error message that said the ticket is probably a winner.

I agree with you Danyo. I missed the last couple of doubles in error so I've been pretty frustrated. It hurts more when you miss out on the doubles.

I personally only ever saw ticket amounts being wrong like a $5 ticket only charging $2. Thats what I mentioned before about human error. I certainly pay attention and will take advantage of it if I see it. I prefer machines, but the place I frequent is a really nice couple, so I like to interact with them.

flips are smart plays, anytime you see 6 or 9 always be prepared to flip it a 6 is a 9 and a 9 is a 6....simple. keeps you from losing on a technical error.

I just called headquarters here in Raleigh and spoke to a very ill attitude women who informed me that it was an error even though emails were sent out and at the time the emails were sent out the 148 was not an official #. She then said that when they had found out a mistake was made they NCEL hurried and made the corrections. if its 148 then i lost....i played 143 because it was in my pairs and i saw it in a few other places too...the official nc lottery page has 148 also...i think jordans may have made an error when he posted.

That database has an error.................we haven't even had 30,000 draws total. Midday has a few never drawns but there have only been about 3,000 total draws for midday (rough estimate). For nighttime, every number has been drawn straight at least 3 times and the most drawn is either 22 or 23.
