I'm not sure. Other than using he 343 or 434 as a rundown, similar to the Prof. Hitt's method. I'm pretty sure tho that the 3-4 system that Laverne gave the link to above is actually the one I was looking for, and it has actually nothing in common with the Prof. Hitt's method. The 3-4 method listed above is pretty hard to grasp, I'm still trying to decipher it.
