I see what you mean. It looks like NH may not like the fact that Maine does not go along with everything they say.As far as I'm concerned, the Maine Lottery is run by some very SMART people - who will not tolerate the use of random number generators to conduct lottery drawings. Way to go Maine, never let the RNG in!
