Help with decimal to quinary system converter
And finally in Excel, the formula
=BASE(decimal_number, 5, [minimum_digits])
Will convert the decimal number into a quinary number, with [minimum digits] being optional to pad a number with leading zeroes.
As an example
=BASE(150,5) would produce 1100
Whereas
=BASE(150,5,6) would produce 001100

What are the odds?
I have never bothered with Keno in PA, they leave you no time to study the draws, with a new set picked every 4 minutes... they even provide the top 10 hot and cold numbers on their website, with no indication on how those were selected. (Time frame, number of draws etc...)
They just want to rake in profits. There is a choice for how many spots you want to pick (up to 10) and a multiplier option, which triples the ticket price.
From an Excel perspective, it is relatively easy to count sh

What is the best programming language to learn lottery programming? Why?
It really depends on what you are trying to do. There are 2 main types of programming languages...
1. Interpreted - these go through an interpreter and run at a virtual machine level. In this group are languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java and even VBA within Excel. These have the slowest execution times, but on quick calculations you won't notice.
2. Compiled - these are translated down to the hardware level at compile time. These include C, C++, and rust. These are blazingly fast

Rough draft on vtrac sum 13 sets!
I been on 299 for evening draw, because, it's been out since, 2018 on evening.
It's a lot we can analyze, like, which sets are drawn the most?
Which sets are drawn the least, because, Missouri likes to repeat.
That 799 hasn't been drawn on midday since 2021!
It's only three single combo's, 389 and 479 ,348.
I'll try to put this in excel, it would look better, lmaooooooooooooo.
Good Luck.

The ideal number of past draws for systems
Very good insights, hypersoniq!
Thanks a lot!
I still need to try and learn Python. Newbie to Python.
I mostly like to use Excel but I am working on a software for Pick3 (Brazilian draws - Rio de Janeiro, mainly) with a lot of filters built-in.
I learned how to program in Delphi for this task. I am not a programmer. But can work out for my study needs.
Would appreciate to exchange some ideas regarding your combo approach. And also regarding frequency analysis.

about lottery filters in a lottery forum?
hello=
You want to approach a conflict in configuring lottery filters as a classification problem (e.g., defining criteria to categorize valid/invalid results) rather than treating it as a problem of incorrectly assigning mathematical properties to draws (e.g., assuming certain numbers are more likely due to incorrect biases).
Solution as a Classification Problem
Clearly Define Classes:
Valid Class: Results that meet all configured filters (e.g., numbers in a range, sum of digits,

I absolutely understand what you are saying, but this circumstance isn't quite like that.
And, I actually worded that line pretty poorly in that post. Here is why. The list I play from has *many, many, many* lines to choose from. It is not like I sat here and worked murderously hard for 12 hours to find 6 good lines and then chose 4 of them to play while missing the winner. Yes, that would certainly be a heartbreaker. Thanks to all Great Deities that I did not do that or I would have had to

Hey Bobby, you can use chatGTP for free. You can use it for anything that you want to learn, or even to help you write. You can get step by step instructions on how to use pretty much any software too. It helped me bring my excel workbook on the numbers game to a level I didn't think I could reach on my own. I told it what I wanted and it help me every step of the way.
You have to think with it, however, because it will return errors. You can create images of anything you can imagine. The b

any system to filter the last digit of each lottery number?
In a spreadsheet like excel, you simply put a formula to take the rightmost digit from the column of numbers.
Let's say you have a column of numbers starting in cell B1. In an open column like G1, type the formula...
=RIGHT(B1,1)
This extracts 1 digit (the last, or rightmost) from the value of B1. If there is only one digit in the column it will grab that one. Then auto fill down to match the length of column B. If B1 is 21, G1 wil equal one.
Almost instantly you have just the la
