About those NC Digital Online Games...What's the verdict?
I asked the search engine about NC digital instant games and what money they take in vs what money they pay out. I asked the question b/c the games seem to just take your money and never give you anything substantial. Below is the response, but I am having trouble believing that they pay out 87% of proceeds. There have been a lot of topic posts started about Mega Millions, so don't know if this fits here. A friend of mine who lives in Virginia told me they do not allow game cards for Mega now. You can only buy quick pick tickets at retailers. You can only pick your own numbers if you play through their online site.
