He's beating me at my own game, lol. Quick picks: 700, 467, 535, 269, 783. Don't on the repeats. One day I laughed about them, and the next day they hit, and I wanted to cry, because, my quick pick was a straight repeat.

It means that the probability of winning when you buy a ticket is roughly 1/67.36 = ~ 1.48% It does not mean that buying 68 tickets will guarantee a win. The probability of not winning anything after buying 68 tickets is about 36%! Of course, this assumes independence (i.e. quick pick in draw games). Like in Mega Millions, you can buy all 15 balls and guarantee a win but buying 15 quick picks still has a 34.8% chance of not winning anything. Scratch-offs do not possess independence, although
