Florida Lottery admits error, winner collects two years later
Lets say that they are looking for Blow Joe and they have his cell phone number which gives his exact location. When he enters the store, the machine spits out a winning ticket (bait ticket). They know he will cash it in, then they arrest him; he never get the winnings. At this day in age, they are identifying and tracking people by cell phones. Years ago in a particular city, people were told that they won shoes at a nearby footlocker, and to come pick up their shoes. When they came to pick up

Wisconsin woman's lottery winnings withheld by state due to unpaid debts
She should count her lucky stars that someone in the court house didn't have their ducks in a row. With 40 unpaid whatever they could have had an warrant for her arrest could have been issued or garnished her wages. Something on that end hasn't made sense to me from the get-go. Maybe they just don't bother with petty 'crimes' like this? Part of me has no pity on her trying to beat the system, the other part says there could be extenuating circumstances though inclined to believe the former no

Third suspect surrenders in national lottery rigging scandal

These folk have as much chance of winning this lawsuit as l have of finding my wallet l lost while upside down riding the Demon at Great America back in 2005.

$25K Ga. lottery ticket disputed, money could go to child support
I jumped to the same conclusion, but I'm not a bigot. (there are lots of people of other races who are richer, smarter and better looking than me and a fair number who are better persons than I am) Growing up here in Texas, I've known thousands of Hispanics and count some as good friends. I don't know of a single one that has ever got into any serious trouble, at least not the ones here legally or were born here. OTOH, you should see the arrest report published once/week in the local paper; it l
