If lotteries weren't completely random
I was thinking of the same thing too like they could choose numbers that played the least amount of times to maximize their profit but you're right that would be major corruption.

If lotteries weren't completely random
This got me thinking about lotteries switching to RNGs to pick winning numbers. Is it really random? I wouldn't be surprised if they choose a set of numbers that isn't played in the current drawing. Of course, that is corruption.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
well i just got back from realizing why i cut way back on buying. just went through 11 GR and 1 $25 ticket and my return was: out of 7 GR my return was 20 dollars, the other 4 from a different roll yielded a 25 dollar winner, that I bought the losing 25 dollar ticket with. This is why i limit the money i give to fla lottery these days. They claim the integrity of the game is first and foremost, how can that be with the commissioner is/was lacking integrity, i bet the corruption runs deep.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
LUCKI - Thanks for mentioning Florida Lottery Chief steps down. This is a MUST read for all of us. Corruption, store owners and clerks winning tickets and more. You're right - $500 wins on Gold Rush are not in line with published odds. They're all crooks !!!

North Carolina: 8/1 - 8/31/2015
More of the usual 1 off crap from the NCCL (North Carolina Corruption Lottery) SMDH. Think it is time to head to SC again and urge others to do the same. You at least have a fair an reasonable chance at a random numbers game down there.

China reveals misuse of $2.7 billion in lottery funds
Think it would be money well spent to cut down on crime and corruption here in the US. Only problem, who would be left to run Washington?

China reveals misuse of $2.7 billion in lottery funds
My reason for posting the picture of the vehicle Pick is that China executes people for corruption, bribery etc.Corrupt Political figures have been strapped to the gurney inside these units. I am convinced that these vehicles will be rolling once the culprits associated with this story are identified...

States that offer winners the choice of anonymity
I don't think that'll work in Jersey. Corruption is common here, just in this century we've had mayors from our 3 biggest cities, Trenton, Camden and Newark go to jail, and currently have a U.S.senator under indictment, and he started out as a corruption fighter. Just last year they tried to pass a 1 year anonymity deal and that failed. So I'll just go to Delaware for the big $ games.

It's time the lottery needs to stop releasing a person name and picture when a big win is won!
I am not disagreeing with that stuff. Are you saying they would keep the money after confirming the ticket, or before anyone comes to claim it? You also have to work about if they pull that cyprus thing here. What you say is plausible considering the rampant corruption in others areas of government.

Not an "Expert"... Just a Georgia Lottery Player
Forget/**** you Debbie and the Georgia Lottery Corruption Group. I hope Jason Carter win in this election and start exposing all the money laundering that is going... Just a bunch of venal politicians running Georgia straight into the ground!
