How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
Hi, Maybe the problem isn't the way the numbers are picked. Maybe it is the way quick pick numbers are being issued. Take the2/2/08 California Fantasy 5, for example. The numbers picked were 7,9,11,13,15. The interesting thing about it is that there 14 winners hitting 5 out of 5. My guess is that most of the winners were quick picks. Only because, just about anyone at the LP would have filtered out this combination. So, why fix the draw when you can issue low pecentage chance quick picks?

Do you trust quick picks generated by the Lotteries?
I have seen them give them back to the teller for another ticket. These jackpot game tickets are non cancelable so the store or teller eats them. I have been offered quick pick rejects as I have asked for quick picks. I buy the rejects. No problem . Me too! My favorite clerk one time was upset cuz a customer had asked for $50 of quick picks then said she'd done it wrong (he'd wanted the multipler and she didn't do that or vise versa I don't remember) and the customer stomped out wit

Do you trust quick picks generated by the Lotteries?
When Bernadette Gietka bought this quick pick for mega millions she stuffed it in her pocket book saying no way these numbers would ever win. But she did win Friday, June 20, 2003 01 02 03 12 37 + 35 $180 Million It has nothing to do with the numbers you get it has everything to do with the numbers they draw, and wether or not your holding the winning ticket.

The Stench of DISGUST in PA: a Cash 5 Travesty
I will abandon playing Cash 5 in PA as of 2/1/08. The game is difficult now and not worth the ridiculous compensation you get in return, and also not having any previous data to analyze in order to do my own picks. I will still take a $1 or $2 dollar shot with a quick pick once it gets high but thats about it. The change to the game was too drastic...NOW the jackpot winners in PA will be few and far between...Match 6 has a winner about once every two months (at best), Cash 5 used to be won ev

Quick Picks with Your Own Numbers
I've noticed that also. I do think the terminal is influenced by numbers that we pick before hand. On a set of Hot Lotto tickets I bought one day, I decided to get some quick picks as well and I ended up getting three of the numbers I choose in consective order like this 16, 17, 18. I know it can be drawn like any other numbers, but I thought it was weird that I had chosen those numbers on different lines with my picks, then the quick picks choose those numbers for one line. By the way, I h

Quick Picks with Your Own Numbers
I'm with four4me on this: Which is one reason I ask for my quick pick first. Try taking a shot with two or three dollars and play one slip with your numbers and then a QP, and then try four4me's suggrestion, and mark another slip QP, and then your numbers. It doesn't always happen like this, but I definitley think most of the time when you give it your numberds and then QP, you are actually programming the QP.

Programs for dynamic wheel construction?
I know people are mainly interested in having wheels to play that are constructed based on their selection of numbers and also applying some filters such as sums etc and/or some other attribute. If you use 15 numbers in a pick-5 game there is only 1 combination out of 3003 that can match all 5 numbers so the trick is to find a method that can reduce number of combinations without eliminating that 1 combination. If you use an abbreviated wheel you're not really playing to hit the jackpot bu

Suggested QP VS Choosing Survey Project
Coin Toss a couple of the recent draws had 3 consecutive numbers. Nobody won when the number was 17-20-21-22-32 but 6 people hit 3-13-24-25-26 6 is a big different and the payout isn't very good (although I wouldn't complain) but if just one person had chosen the earlier combination, he/she would have won $290K. I really don't think you are going to find a pattern or a reason for so many winners or quick picks, except more people buy quick picks. Last night 6 people won with 6 quick pick

Anybody Ever Win?
time*treat I have to disagree. If anyone ever came up with a system that breat a game, the game would simply no longer be offered to play. Some folks who were involved with a very short lived sports betting operation by the state of Delaware could really tell you some stories in this regard. In the case of a Pick 5 lotto, even whittling the odds down to a few hundred combos is still economic suicide. No one who has a few hundred a day ito play s going to bet it on a lottery ga
