I am mixing up the A1-A8 lines it is amazing how different configurations work well in many states. Try it...experiment! Here is something else that is happening it has happened before in the original Vtrac order. Let's say a state had a hit on line A1, the next hit (same day, next day or so) could be found on A2. Alright, this system (like most LottoLaugh's systems) intrigued me so I put it through it's paces here in Texas. My current system has a Microsoft Excel component (Backtesting, Picking the next number) and a Visual Basic 6 component (Automating the workout I used to do manually... from weeks/months to under 10 minutes...) I call it LRS, for Latent Repeating Sequences. It's really quite simple... The Latent part is a variable that contains how many draws back in history you go to get that position's number. The Repeating part is the one setting for Latency that has matched the most number of times

Rakster,thanks for showing all your work here! From my observations and backtesting with my own state, I would tend to agree that 1.05 and 1.01 are probably your best bets. I introduced 1.01 which you probably saw in my thread from a week or so ago. These divisions seem to work better then plain old 3.14 pi. My 4 cents (price increase from 2 cents): 1) Computerization is done 1. to reduce staff and cost and 2. to try to make drawings as mathematically random as possible to ensure fairness. I DO NOT LIKE such games and I rarely if ever play them until/unless I come up with algorithms that can beat them.
