Do you tip when you win? Who? How much? Why do you tip?
there would only be two reasons for me two do this. #1 - i get a powerball quick pick with powerplay option and hit 4 + 1 or higher #2 - the cashier gets me to buy a scratch off ticket and I win $500 + on reason # 1 - I might go back in and tip the cashier $500 if I won $20,000 or more or powerball on reason # 2 - no more than $25 if the ticket was under $1000... $5000 or more I might tip $100

Yes, I didn't base that on any known system, years ago for quite some time, I was trying to develop new filters and I got this idea, but I don't remember if I ever posted about it or not, maybe I kept it to myself, as I have done with many other ideas, but now I thought that it was the right time to post about this particular filter idea and so I did. I might have told about before, but didn't see much use for doing that since back then, nobody would put it into a filtered wheeler, now somebo

The Illinois Halloween Raffle
To each their own Todd, but let me add this. In Nevada when a new game goes into a casino it's given a test run to see how popular it is, etc. But if the Nevada Gaming Commission deems that the game has too much of a house advantage over the player, out it goes. I'm wondering how they would treat one of these raffles, if they had a lottery. On the lighter side, it's really ironic that so many here at LP that are anti-quick pick can't wait to buy a $20 serial numbered raffle ticket. I kn

POLL: Could you do it?
Let's turn this into an LP Fable and see what happens. Take turns ading a few sentences or a paragraph at a time. Once upon a time, a member of LP, Lucky Lisa, went to a flea market and found a lamp with a genie in it......When they got home, they rubbed the lamp and the genie told them they'd hit a lottery jackpot, but after that could never play again or have anyone play for them.
