I concur with Konane.KYFloyd- Did you study Massachusett state law? What Section code describes the rights of property verses a bearer's instrument. Might do some good to do a google search on Massachusett law and how it pertains to this case. I was amazed when I read up on it !

It's easy to go bankrupt quick if you only have a million dollars and spend it like you're rich.Note:I never thought Jack Whittaker was a bad person because all I ever knew about him was what I read and the only thing that I read about him that I believed was he won a lottery jackpot and was seen having a drink in a bar.

I dont track st. plays..I am glad you are getting better each day with the vtracs..Sometimes it is good to get the data.. and study it away from playing or reading on line.. you will see what your game is doing and be able to come up with some tricks of your own..

LottalootGood that filter needs a lot of study, it is harder to use than some others, might need software to be used better. Might maybe become a good filter if applied with the proper software, maybe you could put it into an spreadsheet, we can always go back to it later, if you are really interested.Because the Hot-Cold filter as hard to use as it is, might be a very great help to daily game's prediction, mostly the pick 3's.Let us move on to easier to use filters soon.On these thread at least

As I said, it is also possible that often the 2 digit H-L patterns from the Last Draw's Pairs = Lth, Rth and Sides won't repeat or come out on the very next draw.You need to study your state's past draws to find out for sure.Understand ? If not, let me know.
