I am so happy no one won the jackpot on Monday, because if someone did, the Brits would be saying it's rigged and an American had to win it before they come on board. Excited for tonight's draw and how it will increase or maybe I win it

Possible effects include: potentially higher average jackpots; Average jackpots are determined by the amount that each ticket contributes to the prize and by the average number of tickets it takes to produce a winner. Neither of those has changed so the average jackpot won't change either. What may change is the frequency of jackpot winners since that's determined by the number of tickets in play and adding a new jurisdiction will presumably increase ticket sales.
