One more point... Everybody knows the lottery is a suckers bet. The long odds against players is proof of that, but it's those very same long odds that might put a huge cash windfall in your bank account. I dunno man. Tonight's powerball number. Then if you look at June 1st number. Seems fishy. Remember it's 1 and 303 million odds. Just my opinion though.

An accounting firm? One government agency policing another government agency? Or a whole outside agency that there whole sole purpose is to make sure there game is legit?
