YES, Delaware is a small state and does not have the players like other states. I lived close enough to play in Delaware and you could definitely tell they didn't have the players Maryland did. I am sure they want to 'protect' their scratch off games so players spend on those instead.

That's not how probabilities are calculated at all. Just like MM PB, each game has winning tickets with specific probabilities to that game. For scratch-offs it's # of printed tickets containing that prize amount divided by total number of tickets. And since these two games are not dependent, the combined odds is just multiplying the odds of winning each of those prizes individually. Annuity payments, which distribute winnings in installments over many years, are an option only for large jackpot prizes from specific drawing games like Powerball, Mega Millions, and Multi-Match.

A raffle is not much different than a scratch off ticket. The difference is that you have to wait for the drawing in a raffle whereas a scratch off ticket you can find out immediately. In both cases you don't choose the ticket sequence number (basically the determinant of winners) and in both cases the payback percentage is higher than draw games (generally speaking).

Lotteries make buckets of money. The cost of doing live ball drawings is a sliver of the ticket price. I'm boycotting RNG games starting now. That means no more Millionaire for Life. All of Colorado's in-state draw games are RNG. I already put their ticket vending machines on my ban list, so there's almost nothing here for me to play because stores have such a limited selection of scratch offs. I encourage everyone to boycott and force these people to end every RNG game.

I posted one or two winning scratch-off tickets from a series with better chances of a top prize than at the beginning of the ticket run. They weren't huge winners, but neither are 50 cent boxed bets on pick 3 with its crummy paytable. You haven't shut down any lottery games. Your imagination the real world.

This is a non starter. 1st Problem: Computer simulation with no ball drop. 2nd Problem: Top prize isn't nearly enough for a $ 5 line. 3rd problem: Daily Draws - 2-3 times a week is max. Summary...MUSL apparently doesn't believe their own numbers after looking at the revenue loss on Mega Millions.
