Tax Free Dollar Lotto Is Big Again
Banks are usually subject to the state they are registered; just like the people working in the are subject to the laws of the host country. It is how international commerce works. I would seriously doubt that the Israel Bank in NYC would be exempt from NYC, NY State, and US Federal laws. You put money in that bank, and you can consider US taxes a given.

Buying tickets online
From primeticketservice.com you get an email and not the real tickets (so say i won the jackpot, and a bloke half way round the world is holding my ticket, when i was that bloke i would be very, very tempted to keep the money for myself. But onbehalf small prices are credited on your account.I can't speak for other countries, but the US Congress passed a bill that designates you email as officialy being your signature. I think I would have a case in an international court if I didn't get credit

Maine woman seeking second lottery jackpot
It was here in MI, and it was 4 out of the 5 people in the drawing for $2 million at the International Freedom Festival. The last drawing they had for it was during Arts, Beats Eats in September, and all 5 people split it. Good odds if you ask me... 1 in 1 for $400,000 vs. 1 in 5 for $2M. But you get a $5,000 appearance fee if you lose, so the people who don't win actually make out better than the person who does win if the pot is split 5 ways.

a lottery website
Plus Lotto is a private lottery that supports the international red cross, no advantage to playing it. In the UK local hospital districts and such host lotteries.A, B, C, 4, E, F, G, 8, I, J, K, 12,A = 1B = 2C = 3Not so tricky, steve player used to make his wheels out of letters so as not to confuse his customers exchanging their numbers for the wheel pointer poisitions.Doesn't matter whether 50% of the take is paid out in prizes or 90%, the game is just as hard to win unless you're thinking

Is it possible....
The plot thickens...may.casinocitytimes.com reports: (Turning a profit) was demonstrated with clinical precision by a mysterious group known as the International Lottery Fund of Australia. On March 5,1992 an Australian lottery syndicate comprising 2500 members claimed the $27 million jackpot at the Virginia state lottery. They had bought approximately 5 million of the 7 million possible ticket combinations, working round the clock to cover each combination with modern technology. I love trying t

Would you fly first class?
I might not fly first class (all the time) and would choose business instead. There is usually a big different between the price of business class and first class on international flights (if you are not using frequent flyer miles or points). It would also depend on how often I would travel and where. After some time, I would probably feel guilty spending $5,000 to $10,000 on a first class ticket.
