I really like the digit '4' for the next draw. I firmly believe it is half and half. Not totally luck. If you pick a QP and you hit, THAT IS LUCK! When you study and follow trends and hit, that's half 'n half. Chasing numbers or especially 'pet' numbers is very costly. Don't do it. It is generally a losing proposition. Just my 2 pennies.

Scratch off games are mostly a waste of money for little return and instant gratification. The best way to play them I've heard is to look at the back and see what the 'odds' are of hitting a prize. So let's say the back of the card says ' 1 in every 5 is a winner' that means that you have to buy 5 to have a winner. How do you know if the one you just bought is the 5th one. You don't. Don't buy a pack. Buy 1 ticket. That should be enough. If you win something then you might want to 'reinvest' in

For anyone that keeps up with anything that i post yesterday pick four sets the numbers line up. If you havent seen it on the pick four board check it out when you have time. As you seen in pick 3 this week i was right and it happen. Might take a couple of days but it will show up in day or night drawing...... Study it and play .......

Yes I m in bed now ,at one time I had a chance to study and play regularly but I changed positions and and it s kind of hard.I miss so many numbers this way but hey I love the game and try to do what I can to help when I can . I hope u all get a piece of NCEl tonight.Good Luck and Good Nite .
