Yes I have to agree here that PA. and NY sometimes follow each other with patterns of numbers! I remember I used to study NY and it went over 300 draws without the 45 pair years ago back in my early days here........................and I figured the deficit of the 45 pair might be a factor in all the ball draws countrywide because of the historical unprecedented deficit that had occurred up there.....................and my 054 combo I kept in mind last year because of that for PA.............

I believe that when this becomes law the retailers will treat lottery customers with more respect. The players will be cherished. I desire a study of the 11 States which offer online purchases. Find out if I am correct about retailers and their customers. My educated guess is that the majority of retailers are very grateful for the business that players bring into their stores.

Well Mr. Give Five, I got the free play because I leaned a little more to the #8 and of course the #15 was in a few games.
