What is a Wheeling System? Why play with it?
Heloo, lucyiss == wheeling system = 1) who has minimal scientific knowledge about lotteries, knows that all methods are flawed methods, sticking infantilmente when applied together. IE: in isolation some of its formulas to work when subjected to (N) events. However, an isolated formula takes no punter to success;
2) the proposal of the numbers in trend or is already late, by definition, because failure is more than scientifically proven by mathematics of Pascal which numbers has no memory;

Ohio Senate bill includes privatizing lottery
Critics say gaming corp. drafted language
The Ohio Senate's latest version of the state budget bill includes language to privatize the Ohio Lottery that is nearly identical to legislation drafted by a gaming company hoping to manage the $2.5 billion agency's day-to-day operations.
The language, drafted by GTECH, an industry giant that once ran the Ohio Lottery's back-office operations, was added to the massive budget bill virtually unchanged and without any public hearing. The inclusion of

Can prayer affect the outcome of a lottery
A proposal was made by addai1516 and I agreed that religion is a disruption of threads and really off-topic. It certainly isn't up to me, it is Todd's site and his say-so will be the final word.
So, if we did have a vote in the decision, my guess is that you would rather keep religion completely uncensored? (I just get that feeling based on your last post)

Ravens considering licensing deal with Md. Lottery
The proceeds of mega millions tickets are already contributed to the Maryland stadium authority. Ravens and Orioles tickets have also been increased,.... the price of food, drinks, etc.. how much more money do they want to drain from people who come to see the games.
I'm not in favor of this proposal unless it will offset the prices we already pay.

Tennessee may cap lottery winnings at $600 for poor
Great point TigerAngel, the state should be paid back in the event of a large win. Think some states are doing that with delinquent child support, also prisoners repaying cost of incarceration.
However the underground economy is about 100 steps ahead any legislative posturing to pay back taxpayers. This proposal is a day late, dollar short, should have thought of it same time lottery was ratified by voters.

Powerball, Mega Millions explore agreement
Combining MM and PB would create a monopoly, any time you get a monopoly everyone loses, especially the players. Competition keeps everyone on their toes.
Hope this proposal goes through so we can play the game of our choice. I personally regretted the day Powerball was no longer available in Georgia.
