Clarification....I lumped CA in with my discussion of Indie and NY winning the Mega and Powerball jackpots...of course, CA only offers Mega but it seems as though if it isn't CA, NY, or Indie winning Mega Millions, then it is NY and Indie winning Powerball. Oh yeah you know I would be here Jimmy lol. I really think TN would do better with an Instate lotto because there would be more winners of $1 million+ here and I think that would be great. (A lot more ticket sales IMO) We would also have players from GA,VA,KY,MO,AR,MS,AL and NC everystate around us crossing the borders if the jackpot is doing well.
