Physical balls? No. A computer pseudo-random number generator program? Hard to say because there are many PRNG algorithms, many methods of seeding the particular algorithm. Ideally, each time the program is run the output should not depend on the previous output and the seed should come from a true-random source. Wow that's a nice hit $5,000. I just noticed it. I have never hit a claimer in my life but I have always heard you can turn in losing tickets to offset some of the taxes you will owe on the $5,000. Not sure if this is true in every state though. Also, I think this may be an error but the odds of winning a million on this game seems to be easier than winning $50,000.
