I'm really not mad just saying when have you known Illonois to play it straight. They did this same thing in the spring. It's December I think we have pulled 7 trips to Missouri's 11.

I was in Florida this spring and I bought an extended play powerball ticket. After I was home I discovered it was a winning ticket. I mailed it back to Florida and I received a check from them on Saturday. It is a beautiful check pink with a flamingo on it. I haven't told anyone of my lottery win. I am thinking of just framing my $4.00 check since its so pretty.
