I think my chart info is incorrect. I have my sheets labeled with a page for 1 code. 0 thru 4. Under each has all the breaks and the 8 underneath. I do this because in my study the # will come again from that line again. Bottom line I had 134 under code 0. So my codes have the wrong breaks listed. I do watch the vtracs and follow as you showed early on but right now my main concern is that my vtrac alignment for codes are incorrect. Ex. Code 0. I have 125 134 224 233 355 445. So where am I mixed
