Guess it was the whole gift idea of not giving them a potential zero.lol I would play a $50 one to say I played it, but no way could I chase. Even at the casino in slots, I never venture over the $1 machine. Guess one day I should try one of the big $ slots to see what happens. Guess the $100 per pull doesn't pay $20 guaranteed back:)

$174 MILLION: Tomorrow's Powerball lottery jackpot red hot
Speaking of the crazy odds, I read this one recently from another article and it just cracks me up:
...a person who drives 10 miles to buy a Powerball ticket is 16 times more likely to die in a car crash than to win the big jackpot.
I'm still convinced I'm gonna hit the jackpot though dammit!!! LOL!!

Honest: Idaho Lottery retailers pass 4-month security audit
The article says the operatives entered the retail locations and presented winning tickets for payment, ranging from $3 to $10,000 winners. It doesn't say they entered and presented a winning ticket ranging from $3 to $10,000.
If you wanted to steal a winning ticket from a customer would you feel safe trying it when they only asked you to check a single ticket and it was a $10,000 winner? I'm assuming they went in with a mix that included one winning ticket worth more than $600 along with som

Michigan railroad engineer claims $337M Powerball lottery jackpot
Congratulations to Donald Lawson on is big win!
The article mentions that he spent just $2 on his winning ticket. The picture of the winning ticket show it cost him $8.
Don't you just love it when lottery officials always seem to minimize the amount wagered.

The Lottery Office is closed until Monday but speculation in Lapeer rages on
There is no random crap. Random yes, crap no. Every new post is connected to the previous, it's inherits the Random Walk pattern, likewise the lottery.
So, if, for example, you are reading about food stamps somewhere here, this could be highly correlated to the outcome of playing the lottery too much. You just miss the connection :)
Hint: there are other forum threads about strategies. You are in the article post now. Good luck.

Internet poker owner handed 14-month prison term
I am looking at this article and notice this:
July 23, 2012 is a Monday. 14 months later (September 23, 2013) is also a Monday. There is no Monday the 23rd between these two dates.
If he was sent to jail on July 23, 2012, then he will be sent to jail on a Monday the 23rd and be released from jail on the next Monday the 23rd.
I just find that kind of interesting.

Ga. Team Players Post Pic 4'S Here
That is great news but according to the article on the LP Lottery News forum, she's not going soon enough.
The Georgia Lottery's board of directors will conduct a search for DeFrancisco's replacement. She plans to stay through the transition, and a departure date is not imminent or immediate.
I recommend giving her an early retirement package and let her be gone already!
