This might be a dumb question but we constantly hear about lottery winners that lose their winnings but how come we never hear about lottery winners that successfully invested their winnings to make even more money? People who win any kind of jackpot should be paying back all the assistance they've ever received. Afterall it is the tax payers money. I just read the article and it's pretty pathetic that someone could think that it's ok to keep accepting benefits in a situation like that....irregardless that the state was dumb enough not to shut her down right away after she collected her winnings.
