Maybe you would do better if you just study such things as Low-High, Even-Odd, In-Out, Width, Sums, Last Digits of Sums, Root Sums, Etc. You can find all those here at LP, use L.P.'s search engine. Can u tell me where to search. Becuase I am talking multiple states that would prove a difficult task to find out what number has been the longest ever at one time in all states..
