Interesting! But when this happens with a computerized draw, we have people screaming that the state needs to go back to ball drawings because they must be cheating with the RNG. Humans are very good at spotting patterns. It takes far more data (or physical evidence) to imply an unfair drawing.

An individual who can beat a game like pick 3, statistically beyond just being lucky, is engaging in fraud. That's not a system (since all systems are worthless), that's a crime.
