Saw many different definitions of the deltas , but the one making the most sense was used as a filter so each combination out of millions is unique. For instance the last PP drawing results were 04-05-17-43-52. By using Standard filtering like mostly even, mostly low, high or low sum etc, that five number combo has the same filtering characteristics as millions of other combos. IMO, a delta is a short hand way of recording multiple results but can be used to filter millions of combos into one

For jackpot games (5/39. 6/49, 4 and 5 number games with bonus numbers, etc.) several players won jackpots using one type of wheel or another.
