Pick 3 RNG Inception Dates? HELP
Hello everyone, I want to do some empirical testing of Pick 3 results that are computer generated against those that are ball driven. For this study, I will need to know every state that is currently using an RNG computer to draw their Pick 3 numbers and more importantly, the exact date (and midday or evening game) in which the first computerized drawing was held. As past discussions at Lottery Post have shown, everyone has their own opinions of what is good vs. bad with a lottery. Wonder if we have any psychiatrists on the board- I've often wonderd if a study of scratcher sales was done if it would show that those with Type A personalities are more prone to buy scratchers - I want to know right now as oppossed to waiting for the drawing. Just a thought.
