Georgia Lottery has best quarter ever
The Georgia Lottery had its strongest ticket sales ever during the past quarter, relieving concerns from state officials that slow sales would prove costly to the HOPE scholarship program.Lottery officials said yesterday that they sold $827 million worth of tickets during the third quarter of fiscal 2005 from January through March. For the first nine months of fiscal 2005, sales hit $2.15 billion, up 4.8 percent from the first three quarters of last year.Sales were particularly strong for inst

MA "Texas Hold 'Em" game
Has anyone played this new scratcher? At $10, it's out of my price range, but it seems way too complicated. Now, I play the lottery pretty regularly. And I play Hold 'Em every week or two with my friends. But when I pulled one out of the wastebasket, I had to study it for 10 minutes to confirm that it was, in fact, a loser. (I'm a spatial-relations kind of person, and seeing the tiny printed cards on the ticket, it took a while to spot things like a full house or a flush that I'd normally see in

gail howard wheels or.......
Hi Tom,I especially like Gail's Chart #4. I rarely use wheels-- Gail's or someone else's-- because I choose to believe that number selection is important. Using the familiar parameters or particular characteristics of the game I play, I combine numbers utilizing her various charts. I'd like to hear more about how lotto players here select or pick their numbers to go in the wheel they use. I'd also like to hear if players bypass making their own selection of numbers (based on a study of the cha

gail howard wheels or.......
thanx for the info, has anyone in here had some success with them? the wheeling of 8 numbers out of 52 for mega millions seems almost impossible to capture all 5 winning numbers, but you would think someone would of done it by now for that 5 of 5 guarantee. i find that some of her charts are really good if you trust them. also in mega millions, and i am sure everyone has tapped into this, one the numbers do repeat, and they come out the next drawing either one number above or below the last draw

Lottery software development ideas
I'm posting so's to be notified by email, should you, bigloooooooooser, end your anticipation and go to plan B. Plenty of time to judge the level of truth in what you've said after the returns are in. Meanwhile, I'll just be proud to await an end to your anticipation. You might be blowing smoke, you might be mistaken, you might be joking, or you might be solid. It doesn't matter much which it is. Fact is, you are definitely amusing. That's enough to pay the price of admission.I get calls all

A strange experience
Jack, what's UP with the powerball? Have you done a chart/study on just the powerball and why it's so darned illusive to pick out?!?I haven't had any success picking off the red ball. If I ever get this system down so's I'm only buying one number, and if I ever get enough ahead to do it, if I haven't worked out a way to predict the red ball I'm planning to buy 43 tickets with one number for the whites, each possible red ball number. It's a long way from that, however. A couple of draws ago I

A strange experience
Jack, That's really fascinating. I never thought before of numbers running in herds ! What a great analogy!! What I see in this chart is 7 likes 44, and 32, and 11, and 17. Is that what you see, too? Tell me what I'm missing..... b/c I'm sure it's something huge knowing my usual mathematically challenged brain! :)LottoMike: My fascination is definitely larger than my winnings! LOL The most I've won is $5.00 on Lotto South once for getting 3 of 5 numbers. I've also gotten 3 of 5 on Cas

Fact is, another thread, started by you on Lottery Discussions, was the boot that kicked me into beginning to share a little of this here. I didn't expect to find people open to this type of ideas and thinking on a lottery discussion board. When I saw your thread there I was elated. That's what inspired me to run it up on the flagpole to see if anyone saluted.I'm grateful to you for that thread

Neteller!! DO NOT EVER USE!
I never had any problems either. Yes, the questions about your life seems annoying, but trust me it would be more annoying and upsetting if they DIDN'T have these security measures and someone else does access your checking account information. I thought the questions were repeatitive at first myself, and then I thought...wow if it is this difficult for me to just sign up an account and start sending transactions after transaction, it will be really difficult for another to get access to your
