Ontario mulling lottery tax
Ontario's finance minister is opposed to a scheme to tax lottery and gambling winnings. Don't bet the family farm on a lottery tax, said Greg Sorbara. This is not something that is getting very much consideration wherever. Frankly, I wasn't very impressed with the results that we might gain from it. Gambling in Ontario nets the province $2 billion annually. All the winnings are tax-free, unlike in the United States, where some states tax gambling proceeds at rates of up to 18 per cent. The Ontar

I've tracked Pick 3 for 10 years and during that time have made a thorough analysis of the 1000 combinations. Have looked at these digits just about every direction you can look at them except using a mathematical formula which I dont think there is one.In all the years that I've tracked Pick 3 I have come to the conc

Minnesota Senate wants lottery examined
After soundly rejecting a call to abolish the state lottery, Minnesota senators voted unanimously Monday night to study ways to change its management and business practices. The bill comes on the heels of a legislative audit that was critical of promotions and vending contracts by the lottery. During that review, the lottery's director, George Andersen, committed suicide. The bill sets up a task force that will report to the 2005 Legislature on whether the lottery should be run by a state agency,

How does one use statistics to help win?
None of these help you win, their purpose is to help you not to lose. Most are commonly found as filters. Without study you can strip away the most extreme combinations from those you were planning to play. Doing so lowers the cost of trying for a jackpot, but hurts your chances of a lower tier prize. For example it makes sense to strip away combinations all odd, or all even, but five odd or five even out of six come in ten percent of the time each or twenty percent of all drawings, a six numbe

Best way to predict numbers
Picking numbers. It is not necessarily so, that its the luck of the draw, some numbers are selected more than others on a regular basis, in fact in some studies i have made, one number came up every other day during a certain month, the numbers 11,14,17,19,22 for example won twice, in the Michigan games in the same month, Rolldown and Winfall, Mar 03. Mar 25 other numbers appeared with them, in some cases, some of those same numbers won in Ohio or Ill. not sure, which, I know it

Lottery programs
Fair enough, I don't think I'd like a magical predictor that didn't work. Now let me ask you a question. Pretend you're a regular lottery player who has tried a few lottery systems and software and is now looking to get a real edge on the game. Which classified ad/banner would you buy from?Lottery Software A: Offers a large collection of charts, wheels and filters for a complete lottery tool kit to study the game and reach your own conclusions.ORLottery Software B: Includes four powerful mathem

Michigan Daily 3 - You can do it!!
You are correct, Thomas..........I really don't have a bone to pick with you.I only wanted people to realize how much you spend to make that kind of money. I wanted the truth and you provided it.You have taught me alot in the past..........and I do appreciate it. I base alot of my number picking on what you have taught me. I put my 6 months to good use. I studied the data. Everyone can benefit from that knowledge...not just the Michiganders............The only thing I never quite understood
