Once You Go Platinum, You Never Go Back!
One year ago, I upgraded to Platinum membership. I have learned so much using the tools such as vtracs, statistics, inspector, combinations and pairs analysis. Daily number games results has helped me spot trends in other states. I have won several times with Lucky's followers and daily tracker numbers. I have become a more efficient and cost-effective player. My only regret is I didn't upgrade sooner. Platinum members do you agree?

Top 10 Lottery Systems for (Pick2, Pick3, Pick4 Pick5)
For What Its Worth...I believe the system checks for the pattern in the same state not all lotteries from the beginning of time and you are able to filter out dates in the result (so if your state changed from mechanical to RNG you could disregard early dates). In that NC example that showed 106 generated candidates to play, that list has numbers that repeat several times and is really only about 42 combinations if deflated. What you now have is a list of numbers to choose from and how you want

How find out which pick 4 nbrs have not been drawn
You can find the combination analysis info here: https://www.lotterypost.com/reports/combinations
Because you are Platinum member all you have to do is click on the state you are interested in. Then click All available history in the drop-down box.

Pick 3 & pick 4 combined
You can certainly try the Pair Analysis for Pick 3 and Pick 4, available for Platinum members of Lottery Post. Inspector 3 and Inspector 4 can also be very useful for people playing pairs.
Also, you can use the Positional Wheels page to generate combinations based on specific digits in positions you specify. If you're choosing combinations for playing a back pair, just choose a single number (for example 1 ) in the first digit position and basically just ignore that position in the output lis

intersection of patterns in groups of numbers to filter what are the patterns of a lottery.
I think we can all relate to having too many hobbies and not enough time. But, I don't see how you are ever going to complete your grand filtering project without learning how to use basic data analysis and math tools.
Speaking of filtering, if the lottery is truly random then there is no way to filter out losing combinations. Random lotteries are unpredictable. So you must believe that your lottery is somehow non-random. Why do you believe your lottery is non-random?

repetition of a positional pattern is the secret to predict lottery numbers.
I agree... 13,983,816 combos to 10,068,347,520 arrangements.... Those are some pretty dizzying figures..!! I use Illiya Bluskov's books for my number selection arrangements.. that's of course AFTER I've chosen my numbers...I missed an $8.4 Million dollar pick-6 jackpot by 1 number...!! Proof that you really don't need all those combinations to win..but now, I can't stay online too long with my computer for when I do... All that gets attacked is my lottery software..a sign that somebody's NOT too

I have developed a method to play Jackpot Games.
now let's consider this question of yours or rather bunch of them in one post...
First of all I do not support the idea of using your own PRNG (pseudo random numbers generator) in order to created enough statistical data and then to make a conclusion or to chose a strategy based on those files' analysis for the following reasons:
the answer is already known in advance... it's been mathematically and statistically proven already about 200 years ago by the mathematicians Gauss and Laplace.

Last 1000 Drawings for Pick 3?
1000 combinations does not equal 1000 draws !
Every draw starts with prior 1000 combinations !
A statistical analysis of current P3 draws started 10 years ago will have data size 1000 x 365 days x 10 years(draw per day) to consider !
Now, what is your prior to apportion changing probabilities to a selected/considering parameters (digits, sums, strings, ...)?--A good read of Bayesian concept will suffice.

Arizona Lottery pulls second computerized drawing machine over duplicate numbers
Box combinations are not duplicates.
Not that there aren't other flaws with the examples posted, but how are box combinations not duplicates if you're looking for evidence that an RNG isn't random enough? Perhaps it's possible to program an RNG's to select a 3 digit number from the 1000 possible numbers, but as the issue with no duplicate digits in Tennessee demonstrated the usual method is to sequentially, and randomly (one hopes), choose 3 single digits.
In that case any single digit b
