Powerball Matrix Change - April 15, 2015
Well, a fixed prize of $10 million on Power PLUS will be the equivalent of $20 million cash in the regular game, which is less than the current starting cash jackpot. A lot of money perhaps, but I have a feeling this could bomb once players realize they're playing the same odds of the base game for a much, much less jackpot. The second chance thing might help since the players' numbers would be used in both the primary and Power PLUS drawings, but I don't know. I think 2 draws will be confusing

Powerball Matrix Change - April 15, 2015
Are you sure there's really a separate secondary game? My take is it will simply be like Mega Millions with all secondary prizes, including the $1 million, eligible to be multiplied. Powerplay is renamed Power Up, and the multiplier levels have been adjusted with a 10 X being included. In short, a Mega Millions clone with some minor differences.
You wrote in another thread, lotteries are concerned about jackpot fatigue; seek out ways to limit jackpot growth. And yet this proposal will seeming

who is willing to test with me my pick3 system at LP prediction page?
That's correct. All you need is one key digit. No need to play all digits from 0 to 9.
I am curious how it will work for all states.
If you have time to pick up each key last digit for each state pick3,whether the overall prize ratio could be higher or lower than the same key digit for all state.
That was my proposal.

New Systems Forum just based on real stats and facts!
It's irrelevant. I knew, and it's why I made the comment, assuming you would complain about not understanding the narrator.
You're really losing it. Gary said he can't hear making it impossible to understand what was said.
If you really thought the LRU algorithm was a serious proposal for Lotto, you're not as smart as I thought you were.
Which part of if he can't hear it, he has no idea of what was said, can't you understand?
You're going way off topic too with your nonsense.

Strange methods and strategies used by players
We have long discussion with him.
But we failed to give him the proof that lottery really doesn't use this 'dirt' methods.
And his proposal is try to use QP's with reverse.
Other side of medal is: what if lottery absolutely do not need it.
Perhaps this is an endless debate.

N.J. treasurer says lottery privatization plan won't lead to layoffs
Plan may actually double the size of sales staff
The New Jersey state treasurer today defended the Christie administration's plan to privatize parts of the New Jersey Lottery and said he does not anticipate it leading to layoffs.
Andrew Sidamon-Eristoff appeared in front of the state Assembly Budget Committee in Trenton to publicly discuss the plan which has drawn staunch opposition from New Jersey's Democratic state lawmakers and U.S. congressmen for the first time.
We can re-energize

Internet Cafes Bonus Games
I don't know what you call a few Bucks people win big money there stop hating
It's not about hating anything, but just reporting the facts one of your Internet Cafes was closed, two of the employees were arrested for operating an illegal gambling house, a few firearms where found on the premises, and the Ohio State legislators are voting to approved legislation that would essentially outlaw Internet cafes in Ohio.
Had you read the articles, the few bucks was a proposal to limit the top p

Wyoming officially becomes 44th state with a lottery
Wyoming lottery supporters have finally struck the jackpot.
Gov. Matt Mead cleared the way for Wyoming to begin the process of bringing a lottery to the state by signing House Bill 77 into law Wednesday.
The legislation will create a quasi-government corporation that will be charged with establishing a state lottery or, more likely, joining a multi-state game, such as Powerball.
The proposal narrowly passed the Legislature last month. It then faced the threat of a veto from Mead, who ha

Proposal to ban welfare recipients from playing lottery
I can't see how this is enforceable, since there's no way to tell if someone is on welfare or not unless they admit to it. I think it's just an elected official trying to score points with his constituents, regardless of if what he is going to do will be effective or make a difference.
Back in the 90s, I worked in a welfare office interviewing people trying to get benefits and I could tell some stories. Another law I remember being passed was we had to collect information on the absent par

Do some number combinations have better odds?
I'm really surprised that you don't understand the value of the smaller model.
Unfortunately, there isn't any more I can say to help you regarding that.
But if you prefer to work with the additional complexity of your proposal,
perhaps you could explain Ronnie and Stack's subset theory in terms of it.
And work out the probabilities of selecting the correct subset.
