Idaho ends Powerball in state, fearing foreign participation
so you use your political power to take away the game entirely
But of course she never tried to do anything that any of her constituents might not agree with, right?
What we've got is 32 years of Idahoans being able to participate voluntarily in a lottery game of their choice,
But now he'll work to make sure they can't participate voluntarily if their game of choice is PB.

Nevada's casinos want to be among first businesses to reopen next month
The mayor of Las Vegas wants to open casinos and let the number of infections determine which of them have to close
Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman. Gregory Bull/AP
Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman told MSNBC on Tuesday that hospitality businesses should be allowed to reopen.
Goodman said her idea was based on the assumption that everybody's a carrier. She said that the open businesses that generate infections would be closed again.
MSNBC's Katy Tur called the mayor's idea mo

Does it really make a difference where the 3rd world hovel of Bangladesh is pinpointed? I seem to have misplaced my magnifying glass, and can't find it.
Ah, THERE IT IS! Wedged in between two countries that no person in his or her right mind would ever want to go, anyway?

Chi-squared and p-values for California pick 3
Since the California lottery website conveniently lets you download all their raw draw data as a CSV file, it's super easy to run analysis on it if you like that sort of thing. So for fun, I ran the numbers on the past 2000 pick 3 drawings (1000 evening and 1000 midday). Here are some chi-squared tests I computed along with their p-values.
Evening Draws (1000)
First digit: chi-square = 11.04, p-value = 0.2730
Second digit: chi-square = 7.16, p-value = 0.6205
Third digit: chi-square =

It's like I'm tracking a dynamic fire front and predicting the next flare up.
You gotta read the post I just put up under my original post. I'm doing exactly what those 4 math boffins have described, but dang i feel like an amateur compared to their methods.
This rang a big bell for me:
The Lyapunov time represents how long it takes for two almost-identical states of a chaotic system to exponentially diverge. As such, it typically sets the

'It was a horrible, horrible crime that I committed,' Jamaican lottery scammer repents
.
The whole scam thing sickens me (especially toward the elderly), like you don't know. (Or maybe you do know.)
I suspect something in OUR own system has gone (or at least allowed to go) awry.
I've seen a lot of mention on Jamaica between the article and comments.
But, it's not just Jmca., it's anyone who, living outside of the USA wants to take advantage of USA's freedom, like so many have. Soon, I'm afraid there'll be no more USA.
The Declaration of Independence hasn't changed (

What are the bases of an algorithm for discovering patterns of a lottery
Hi bobby. Well, I'm glad you cut me some slack and decided to continue chatting with me after saying we should go our separate ways. So, let me elaborate on your post point by point and then I'll include a very, very good article which I honestly recommend and hope you'll read. It's very telling about lottery games and the winners thereof.
you really believe that lottery officials have a means to manage the output from the daily game machines!!
Depends on what type of machines you're

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
So jackpotchasing's post made me want to look up something indirectly related, and in that I found something that I believe people here may find interesting so I wanted to post it. (This is not related to his post though).
From an article:
Actually, the odds were better than that. Scratch-off prizes are not randomly distributed. Lotteries use a system of pools to create a fairly even distribution of prizes, as described in Indiana and Massachusetts reports.
Most lotteries want pri
