Bill would allow Texas Lottery winners to pay for anonymity
The state of Texas is hiding a lottery winner's identity, refusing to release the name of the winner of a $64 million drawing Feb. 8. A press release published by the Texas Lottery Commission calls the winner The AB Revocable Living Trust as if that were the name of a corporate entity, but an A-B revocable living trust is a form of estatethat minimizes estate taxes by splitting marital assets into separate shares for each partner. This happened in 2006, a good lawyer is the answe

Do Lottery Software program help YOU WIN lottery?
I agree, nothing great about that. However, I have a system that can produce the winning combination once every 5-10 draws in a set of 5000-10000 combinations, what I call ECD (Error Correction Design); this was tested on a 5/45 lottery game (about 1221000 possible combinations) over quite many real history draws. This is outstanding really considering the odds involved to pick the winning combination. ECD is part of a private build of Lotto Architect but I never made it available to public due

Where in the world is...
I wonder why in a multi-state lottery that the heads of the nationwide jackpot games chose to allow states to release exact location at their own pace but release which state has the winner within hours after the drawing. Me thinks this has something to do with a part of the agreement with the states to provide them with some type of power over the games rather than allow one larger entity to oversee and control all aspects of the jackpot games. We'll take care of the drawing and letting the

If you won with a numbers system... [POLL]
Even though I can collect anonymously in Kansas, it does look like they do a press release, just without the personal information. I do have my own system (strategy) ... a very simple system ... simple enough that there are surely others that use it. I would not reveal it for the press release. However, after I win a jackpot ... collect anonymously ... and after a couple of months or so for any dust to settle ... I will probably do a one-time post here, to let y'all know what I did that I

Would you remain Anonymous or have a Press Conference after winning the Jackpot?
OK. According to that info you pasted, only two types of entities outside of a natural persons can claim. How would you set up the LLC non-profit to be private? The State would know who the grantor is in the other case because it is required that the Revocable Trust is tied to a person and his/her social security. If the lottery/state is sued by media to release the name (assuming, they don't give it out easily) under California Public Records, what's going to support the decision of a lotter

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
I reminded them about the 1st $2 LFL top prize still not showing up in the table as of 3/22, which was said in the press release to be bough on 3/15, so it was claimed between 3/15 and 3/20 press release. Let's see if that one magically shows up now. Yep... Sure enough, today the 1st $2 LFL top prize shows up in the table the day after I bugged them: 1 of 7 claimed, 6 remaining. So it's likely you can't rely on the accuracy/timeliness of the available prizes updates, and that's probably ju

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
I just noticed that 1 of the $2 LFL top prizes was claimed already. It was bought on 3/15, written up on 3/20 in press release, so must have been claimed somewhere in between. But once again, they failed to update the available prize count. http://www.calottery.com/Media/Press-Releases/Press-Release?Item={CEED5240-8ADA-4EE2-99D5-E197814EEE33}
