Excellent advice! I've seen trends or patterns or whatever anyone wants to call them in the charts I made for the game I study and play. I've no idea why they happen, and I really don't care why they happen. I just know they happen. Will I win a life changing jackpot? I dunno. I might, so I play. Would love to see more activity on this thread from NC posters. Cash 5 has always been my favorite game. Never won more than 5 bucks at a time but love the game and the jack pot is in my sweet zone (50k-1ml). Would love to see strategies from posters who have won big money here. LottoMetro, My recommendation is simply call the lottery and talk to them about this issue. They can probably clear this up better than anyone. Alternatively, you could calculate the required Sample Size to be Confident to whatever degree you desire that your observations have validity. Since our sample size is number of draws, the Population Size would be the total possible outcomes of the matrix in question. I live in Boone NC and I've been playing Scratch Offs for the past 2 years on and off. I never scratch my tickets until I get home and then I wait till later in the evening when I'm having a drink around 5:30 or so then I slowly scratch and take my time with it. Here's my winning check for the 03/23/2013 Powerball drawing. It seems that one of the cards I played did not scan the Power Play option correctly, so instead of winning $3,020.00, I only won $2,980.00. I guess I can live with that. Many people have asked how I arranged my numbers for this drawing. In this case I used a hybrid wheeling system based on my PAYDAY-5 Lottery system. wow!!!! if you made that I'd say that is pretty darn good. that is a dream for me right now but will work on it. I take it you play every number every time maybe str and str/box? I can only play all numbers 1 or two times. however I try to look at the numbers and pair up with other pairs in postings to try and narrow down the amount of plays. but I'll be on the look out for a new list if you post (I hope you do). I know alot of people play on line with more states and I am not familiar with that
