Buckeye,There's no way to predict winning numbers. If there was the lottery commissions would change the way they pick numbers.You can believe the people who sell lottery systems, or you can believe countless mathematicians. That fact doesn't leave much for discussion. End of story.Added: I will admit that there is one lottery system that people use that works. 75% of all winners use this system. It's called Quick Pick.

Just because 75 million tickets were sold doesn't mean that they were all different. Many people pick birthdays, so there were probably a lot of duplications. A surprising number of people pick 1-2-3-4-5 +6. Even more pick 7,14,21,28,35 +42. Each terminal uses its own random number generator for quick picks, so I am sure there were many duplications from that. People using the same lottery software should have picked the same number sets.

The Florida 5/36 Fantasy Five rewards 2 numbers correct with a free ticket, but won't let you pick your own numbers, it must be a quick pick. They claim it is to keep down costs and per player time at the lottery location, but I think it's to keep the ticket from doing you any good, especially if a good wheel gives you a boat load of them for the next draw.

When ever I travel to Michigan to get some Biggame tickets or to Indiana to get some Powerball tickects, I always get a request from friends and former co-workers to pick up some extra quick pick tickets for them. If I had to have their S.S. numbers for their tickets, they wouldn't get any tickets.RJOh

That Quick Pick program the lottery terminal have much be pretty good because it picks a lot of winners and nobody trying to sell it. If you set the perimeters right most any of these software programs can pick a past winner, the trick is to pick a future winner.RJOh

Easy Pick? Here in Jersey its called Quick Pick (QP). That means the computer/machine randomly picked #'s for you.
